Verify your 2-Step Verification is turned on

Sign into Google.com
You should already be signed into your Chrome web browser, but if not, navigate to
google.com
and select the
Sign in
button and enter your Hersha email credentials
|
|
|
Open your Google Account page
Once logged in, click your account profile picture, then select
Manage your Google Account or go to myaccount.google.com .
|
|
|
Click Security
|
|
|
Check your 2-Step Verification status
Here you will see an option regarding
2-Step Verification
. If yours does not show as on (image below), you will need to click into it and follow the prompts to set it up.
