Troubleshoot power issues on Lenovo Laptops
About: If your Lenovo laptop is not powering on, try the steps below.
Disconnect the laptop from power | |
Removed the battery from the laptopSlide the clips to unlock the battery, then slide the battery out towards the back of the laptop. | |
Get a paperclip, and insert it in the emergency power reset hole

Reinsert the battery and connect the laptop to power | |
Power on the laptopPush the power button to turn the laptop on. You should see lights and the laptop should boot. |
