Switch from Thirdlane Connect back to your Desk Phone

Open the Thirdlane Connect website

Go to https://hhmlp.nexacomm.net/connect/ in your web browser.

Click Connect



Login using your extension and password

  1. Enter your extension as the username.
  2. Enter the password sent to you in the email from support@nexacomm.com with email subject Hersha Voice services information. If you did not receive this email, create a ticket with us so we can send the information to you.
  3. Click Sign in. You can check the box to remember me so you will be auto-signed in next time. Signing in can take a minute so please be patient.




Click your account icon in the top left corner




Click "Switch to using desk phone

After clicking save, you can now use the dial pad to call other extensions or receive calls sent to your extension. To switch back to your desk phone, follow the same steps but then click Switch to Desk Phone.
