Sign in to Zoho Desk for the first time

About: You should have an email inviting you to Zoho Desk with subject "Agent invitation from Zoho Desk" from support@hhmlp.zohodesk.com


Click Accept Invitation



Click the Google logo to Sign in with Google then sign in







Create Zoho Account

Check the box to agree to the terms of service then click Create Account.



Click Accept Invitation



Select your preferences then click Save



You will be redirected to the department in Zoho Desk that you have been added to. You should bookmark this page so you can quickly get back to your tickets or reference the links below:

Note: You will need to be added to each department in order to access a department link below
