Set up your Zoho Desk Ticket Views

Set up your Zoho Desk Ticket Views

About: By default you will have one "starred" view in Zoho Desk called "All Tickets". You will want to "star" some other ticket views to help keep track of your tickets by following the instructions below.

Expand All Views

At the bottom left corner click the Expand button.

Then click All Views.

Star your views

Click the 3 dots next to the following views and click Star.

Your Starred Views ends up looking like this:

Doing this lets you keep an eye on what status your tickets are in, and which tickets are unassigned and available to be worked on.

Alternative ways to view your tickets

If you prefer to keep the left bar collapsed, you can click on the view name below to switch views
