Set Google Prompt as your default 2nd Step on your Android Phone
About: Before proceeding, make sure you have turned 2 Step Verification on for your Google Account first. If you are tired of typing in security codes sent to you by SMS text message, consider using Google Prompt as your 2nd step instead of SMS text message.
Open your Devices Settings app | |
Tap Accounts, then sign in with your Hersha Google Account

Tap GoogleAfter signing in with your Hersha Google Account, go back to the main Settings page and Tap Google. | |
Tap Manage your Google Account, then select Security | |
Under the Signing in to Google section, tap 2-Step Verification

Scroll down, then tap Try it NowThe 2 Step Verification wizard should walk you through enabling Google Prompt and adding a Text Message or Backup Codes as a backup 2nd step. | |
Follow the steps on the screenAfter turning on Google Prompt, you will see a screen like below when signing in to your Google Account. Tap YES to approve the sign in. |
