Report an emergency to our Manager on Duty

The HHM IT team has a Manager on Duty available 24/7 to help with emergencies during and after hours. The options below should only be used for emergencies where the issue is impacting revenue or guest satisfaction.

Some examples of emergencies are:
  1. Internet or WiFi down.
  2. PMS, POS or Interface down or errors.
  3. Front desk password, software or hardware issues.

Contact our MOD via phone


  1. Dial 717-412-5510 and wait for the prompt that says "if your issue is an emergency which impacts hotel revenue or guest satisfaction, press 9" then press 9.
  2. Wait for the tone then leave a voicemail explaining your issue, location and best number to reach you.
  3. Our MOD will be immediately notified of your voicemail and will assist ASAP.

  1. Send an email to support+emergency@hhmhotels.com and include a description of your issue, location and best number to reach you.

  1. Open support.hhmhotels.com then click Submit a Ticket.
  2. Check the box that says Contact our Manager on Duty.
  3. Provide as much information as possible related to your issue then click Submit.
  4. Our MOD will be immediately notified of your ticket and will assist ASAP.
If you already submitted a ticket and need to escalate to our MOD:
  1. Open support.hhmhotels.com
  2. Click My Area at the top right.
  3. Open your ticket by clicking on the subject.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Check the Contact Our Manger On Duty box, then click save.
  6. Our MOD will be immediately notified of your ticket and will assist ASAP.
