OLE Error in Word or Excel from a file opened from Google Drive
About: You may recieve the following error when opening a Microsoft Office file via Drive File Stream (G: drive)
Microsoft Excel is waiting for another application to complete an OLE action
To resolve this error, follow the steps below:
| Open Drive File Stream Preferences
1. Click the Drive File Stream icon in the system tray - near the clock.
2. Click the Gear icon.
3. Click Preferences.

| Uncheck Real time presence in Microsoft Office option
Uncheck this box and click OK. Drive File Stream will ask you to restart the program. After Drive File Stream restarts, open the file you were getting the error on and see if your issue is resolved.
