MARSHA 2024 Instructions

About: Below is a summary of the steps outlined in this Marriott Marsha Doc to get to the NEW Marsha as of March 2024. If you get stuck please review the Marriott doc or create a ticket with HHM IT.


Configure Java settings

Follow instructions in the help article linked below to add the following URL's to the Java Security Exception list



Open Edge and go to https://sba.marriott.com and sign in using your Marriott EID

Click the link shown below and run the MSI file.

If you get prompted for an admin password, please create a ticket with HHM IT so we can assist.



Follow steps 1-4 shown on the following pages

If you get an error when clicking step 1 - try downloading the file from our Google Drive by clicking this link.

If you get an error when clicking step 2 - try downloading the file from our Google Drive by clicking this link.

Steps 1 and 2 are DOWNLOAD ONLY, do not launch/run the files.



Click Connect, THEN run steps 3 and 4.
Disconnect/sign out when finished.




Click Connect then click (NEW) Marsha
