Log in to Sertifi



Open Sertifi


Open Inside HHM  then click the Business Application Menu > Click Sertifi > Click the correct Sertifi link for your property

HHM = Independent, IHG, any Non-Marriott or Non-Hyatt hotel.




Click Log in with enterprise ID

If you are logging in to the HHM Sertifi Portal, after you click log in with enterprise ID you will be prompted to authenticate with your HHM Google Account.

If you are logging in to the Marriott Sertifi Portal, after you click log in with enterprise ID you will be prompted to authenticate with your Marriott EID.

If you are logging in to the Hyatt Sertifi Portal, after you click log in with enterprise ID you will be prompted to authenticate with your Hyatt Global ID.
