Locate a terminated users Google Drive files


 

Open Google Drive 

Go to  drive.google.com in your web browser.

Or

 

Look for a folder named after the terminated users email address

Under My Drive you should see an folder named after the terminated users email address. Inside this folder are the contents of the terminated users Google Drive. Files that were already shared with other people are still accessible by those same people.


 

Edit, Move, Share or Delete as necessary

You can organize or delete the terminated users files in any way you want. You can also adjust the sharing permissions if necessary since you are now the owner of their files.
