Kissflow Overview

Getting Started

HHM Workflows runs on a platform called Kissflow. There are a few ways you can access Kissflow:
  1. Go to the HHM Workflows resource page on Inside HHM. (recommended)
  2. Go to hhm.kissflow.com in your web browser.

Sign in

To sign in to Kissflow, click Sign in with Google at the Kissflow login page.

Submit a Workflow

  1. Near the bottom left corner of Kissflow, hover over the side bar then click Explore .



  2. Find the app you want to submit a new workflow for. You can scroll through the list or search for the app name (file a claim, capex, etc).
  3. You can click the plus sign when viewing the list of apps, or if you open the app - click New Item at the top right corner.

  4. Fill out the form then click Submit.
