How to use reports


You can use the search bar to search for anything in the Subject of an item. This is the easiest way to find a particular workflow submission (ex. Search by property #, date, name)






If you can’t find what you need using the Search field, all columns can be filtered (also useful for mass-reporting). Click the Add Filters icon on any column.





Select an Operator to set your filter (different types of columns have different Operators available). We’ll select “is equal to” for our example:






Next, enter the Value for your Operator to match to set your filter. For the example here, we’ll use HT as our Ownership Group. 





Click Apply on your filter to generate a new report based on the criteria defined by your Operation and Value entered. Our example will give a report where only items with an Ownership group equal to HT will be displayed:




You can clear individual or all filters at the top-left of your report using the “x” next to the filters you have applied:
