- Open Gmail.
- In the top right corner, click , then click See all settings.
- In the General tab, scroll down to the Signature section.
- If you haven't created a signature yet, click Create new then give your signature a name (example: work, or My Signature). If you have an existing signature you can click the pencil icon to modify an existing signature. You can edit your signature in the text box at the right.
- Open the HHM Hotels Email signature doc and copy the template for the office you are associated with, then paste it in the Gmail signature editor. Adjust as needed. If you work at an Independent Collection hotel, open this folder to find the IC email signatures.
- Under the Signature defaults section, where it says For new emails use - select the signature you just created / modified.
- Remember to scroll all the way to the bottom of this settings page and click Save Changes.
If you are reading this help article on or after 4/25/2023 - make sure your hhmhotels.com account is selected in the dropdown menu shown below, then select your signature.
