Resolve internet or phone service issues

It is possible that you will need to work with us to verify what part of your connection is having an issue. Call 717-412-5510 for immediate assistance.

 

Determine what is down: Guest WiFi, Back Office, or both?

If only the Guest WiFi is down you can perform the following steps:
  1. Verify the Velocity V-BAND device is powered on.
  2. Contact Velocity by calling 877-375-3854.
    1. Option 1 to speak to someone from the Network Operation Center (NOC).
    2. Option 2 for Site Staff.
  3. Contact your Guest WiFi vendor.
If only the Back Office internet is down you can perform the following steps:
  1. Verify the Hersha Firewall is powered on.
  2. Contact HHM IT by calling 717-412-5510 or email support@hhmlp.com
  3. Contact Velocity by calling 877-375-3854.
    1. Option 1 to speak to someone from the Network Operation Center (NOC).
    2. Option 2 for Site Staff.
If both Guest Wifi and Back Office internet is down there is likely an issue with your Internet Service Provider. Please work with Velocity to resolve. If necessary contact HHM IT.
