Reset your UKG (Ultipro) password

Reset your UKG (Ultipro) password


Open the Ultipro Login Page 

Go to https://e22.ultipro.com//login.aspx in your web browser

Reset Your Password

At the Ultipro login page, click on Forgot your password?



Enter Your User Name

Enter in your User Name in the field and then press Go. Your User Name is the first 2 letters of your First Name followed by month and day in 2 digit format (mmdd)



Answer The Security Questions

Once you Answer the Security Questions, click Next
If you do not know the answers to your security questions, contact kaitlyn.smyth@hhmlp.com.




Create Your New Password

Once you entered in your new password, click on Reset Password







Password Has Been Changed

Press Return To Log In to go back to the login page and login with your new password
