Reset your HHM password

About:  At HHM you must reset your password every 90 days. 

Your HHM account is used to logon to HHM computers on the hersha.net domain and logging in to your Google account for email, calendar, drive, etc. Your HHM account is linked to your Google account so when you change your HHM account password - your Google password changes as well.

Take the time to become familiar with our password policies and how to gain access to your account quickly in the event that you forgot your password or locked your account. Check out the training video for a complete walk-through.

Pro Tip:  If you are on an HHM computer plugged in to the HHM network you can simply press CTRL + ALT + DELETE then click Change a password .

	Open Hersha Access  Go to  access.hersha.com  i n your web browser.
	Login to Hersha Access At the Hersha Access login page, enter your HHM username and password, then click  Log in .
	Click the Change Password tile Once you are logged in to Hersha Access, click the Change Password tile.
	Change your password At the next screen enter your old password, then enter your new password twice. Then click  Change Password .    You should receive a message saying your password has been changed.
