Reset your employee's UKG (Ultipro) password

About: As a supervisor or manager you are able to reset your employee's Ultipro passwords without needing to reach out to IT or People Support.


Open Ultipro Login Page and login

Go to https://e22.ultipro.com//login.aspx in your web browser

Open User Administration

  1. Click Menu.
  2. Click System Configuration.
  3. Under the Security section, click User Administration.


Find employee and reset their password

  1. Search / locate the employee.
  2. Check the box next to their name.
  3. Click Reset Password.

Their password will be set to their social security number.





Try again or contact People Support

Have your employee try to login to Ultipro again. If you continue to have Ultipro login issues please contact the following People Support team members:
