Log in to SL (Solomon) for the first time

Where do you work?

Depending on where you work, you may launch SL from a few different places.

Corporate (You work at FSO, NYCO or WSO)

Look for the Microsoft Dynamics SL icon in your Start menu or Desktop.

Remote (You work from home or at a property without the HHM network)

  1. In your web browser go to remoteaccess.hersha.net. We recommend you use Internet Explorer for the best experience, see this KB for more info.
  2. Log in with your HHM Username (Firstname.Lastname) and HHM Password (Same as your Gmail password).



  3. Click the HHM SL icon.



  4. Reenter your username and password if you get prompted. If the username field is blank enter hersha\firstname.lastname as the username.

Enter the Server name and Database name
  1. Enter the Server Name exactly how it is listed below.
  2. Select the Database Name from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click OK.

      HHM

       Server Name: H099-HHMSLDB\HHM
       Database Name: HHMSYS

      

      HT

        Server Name: AZHTSLSQL1
       Database Name: HHTSYS

      




Enter your SL username

  1. When the SL login window comes up, it will be blank. Enter your SL username. This will be your firstinital + Lastname (Example JSMITH). SL usernames are cut off at 10 characters for example if your name is Eric MontesDeOca your SL username is EMONTESDEO.
  2. The password is your HHM password which is the same password you use to logon to your PC and Gmail.
  3. Click OK to proceed to the Company Selection screen.
        


Select the appropriate company from the list

If the company list is blank, this usually means you've entered your SL username or password incorrectly.
