How to access your Google Drive
You can access your Google Drive any of the following ways:Via Drive File Stream \ Google Drive for Desktop (G: Drive)
Note: As of January 2021, Drive File Stream is being renamed to Google Drive.
All HHM computers have the program Drive File Stream installed on it. Once you open this program and sign in with your HHM Google Account - you can access your Google Drive and Shared Drives right in the familiar Windows File Explorer.

Cons: Missing some modern features that are available on drive.google.com like Starring, coloring folders, etc.
Via drive.google.com in your web browser
Using any web browser, you can go to
drive.google.com to access your files. You'll find helpful features like Starring folders or files (similar to bookmarking), coloring your folders to help you organize, easily find files you've recently modified or files and folders that have been shared with you. You can also use the search bar along the top to quickly find what you're looking for including searching for keywords inside of documents. Via the Google Drive mobile app
You can access your files on the go using the
iOS or
Android Google Drive app. Simply download the app from your app store, open it, and sign in with your HHM Google Account.
How to upload files to your Google Drive
We recommend saving all critical work files to your Google Drive. It's important to remember that the folders on your computer like Desktop, Documents, Downloads, etc - are not backed up and in the event of computer failure, files saved only to these folders would be lost and not recoverable.
