I've forgotten my password or locked my account

About: See below to learn how easy it is to reset your password if you have forgotten it, or unlock your account if you've typed an incorrect password in too many times.

	Open Hersha Access  Go to access.hersha.com in your web browser.
	Click Reset Password At the Hersha Access login page, click Reset Password below the login fields.
	Enter your HHM username You will be prompted to enter your identity. This is your HHM username which is your Firstname.Lastname. Example: jimmy.smith Note:  If your first name and last name combined are longer than 20 characters, your HHM username will be cut off after the 20th character.
	Answer your security questions  Type the answers to the security questions you configured the first time you logged in to Hersha Access. Then click Next .
	Unlock your account or change your password After you answer your security questions you will have the option to unlock your account or change your password. Enter your new password twice, keeping in mind the HHM password requirements below. Need help creating a password? Watch this video. Password must be 7 characters long Password must contain 3 of the 4 character types (upper case letter, lower case letter, numbers, symbols) Password cannot contain any part of your username Click  Change Password. Now that you've changed your password or unlocked your account, you can log back in to your HHM computer and your HHM Google Account for Gmail, Drive and other corporate apps.
