Force close Drive File Stream / Google Drive for Desktop



Find the Google Drive icon in the system tray near the clock

You may need to click the up arrow to reveal more icons



Quit the program

  1. Click the icon in the system tray.
  2. Click the gear icon.
  3. Click Quit.


Relaunch the Google Drive program from your start menu

Click the start button then type DRIVE or scroll down in the app list to the "G"'s and look for Google Drive



If you cannot find Drive File Stream or Google Drive in your start menu, we can install it for you.   Click here to create a new ticket.

Sign in using your HHM email address and password

If this is your first time, you will be prompted to sign in with your full email address as the username, and your HHM password.



Find the G: drive via the File Explorer
