First time login information is sent to the supervisorThe day before the new joiners start date, an email with their first time login information will be sent to the supervisor and new joiner. We ask that each supervisor walk their new joiner through the steps listed on this email which are: 1. Go to access.hersha.com. 2. Log in with their username and temporary password listed above. 3. Change their password and configure their security questions. 4. Login to Gmail with their email address as the username, and the password they just set. 5. New joiner changes their password and configures their security questionsFollowing the instructions on the email, the new joiner must change their password and configure their security questions. It's important that they do this because they can use the security questions later in the event that they forget their password or lock their account. New joiner logs in to their HHM PC and / or GmailNow that their password has been changed, they are ready to logon to their PC and / or Gmail. This one password applies to both their PC and Gmail logons. Remember that they will use their Username (Firstname.Lastname) to logon to a PC but will use their email address to logon to their Gmail.
