Disconnect your HHM SL remote session

About: If your remote HHM SL program / session is frozen / stuck or has an error or if your Google Drive is not connecting properly in your remote session - try the steps below. Doing this will ensure the next time you launch remote HHM SL, you will get a new session on our servers and resolves most issues.


Open remoteaccess.hersha.net and login

Enter your HHM username (first.last) and password.

Click Reset SL Session and run the RDP file

Doing this should make any open / frozen HHM SL sessions disconnect and those windows should disappear.



Relaunch HHM SL 2018 and see if your issue is resolved
