Disconnect from Remote Resources to troubleshoot BI360 and SL issues
About: BI360 and SL are accessible to you via remoteaccess.hersha.net and open via a RemoteApp. Sometimes disconnecting from your current session can resolve app errors and issues. Follow the instructions below to see if this helps.
| Locate the RemoteApp and Desktops icon in the system trayLook near the clock in the bottom right of your screen and find the RemoteApp and Desktop connections icon. You may need to click the UP arrow to reveal more icons.

| Disconnect all connectionsRight click the RemoteApp and Desktops icon and select Disconnect all connections. Doing this will ensure that the next time you connect to open an app you will have a brand new session.

| Relaunch BI360 or SL and see if your issue is resolved
Find the SL or BI360 icon and open the program. If you continue to have issues with the program please contact our Support Team so we can assist.
