Cookies are disabled Google Drive error

About: If you are getting a "Cookies are disabled" error when trying to sign in to Google Drive for remote SL or BI360, try the following.


Click the gear at the top right corner of Internet Explorer, then click Internet settings



Turn on Cookies

  1. Click the Privacy tab.
  2. Click Advanced.
  3. Check the box next to Override automatic cookie handling.
  4. Check the box Always allow session cookies.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click OK again.


Refresh the page and see if your issue is resolved
