Adjust PDF security settings
About: Normally in IT we recommend keeping security features turned on - but for some Hotel applications, in order for the app to function correctly you may need to turn off security features. See below to learn how.
| Open Adobe Reader DC
- Click the Start button in the lower left corner.
- In the app list, locate Adobe Reader DC and open the app.

| Open Security Preferences
- In Adobe Reader DC, click Edit > Preferences.
- Along the left click Security (Enhanced).

| - Uncheck the box next to Enable Protected Mode at startup.
- Uncheck the box next to Enable Enhanced Security.
- Click OK at the bottom right corner.
