Add account to send from in Gmail

About:   See below to learn how to send from a different email address than your primary email address. HHM IT will need to configure this additional email address for you as an alias before you can proceed. If you'd like to have an alias added to your account, please create a ticket with us.


Open Gmail

Go to mail.google.com in your web browser.

Or

Open Chrome and click the App selector then click  Gmail.



Open Gmail Settings

Click the gear icon at the top right corner of Gmail then click See all setings .



Click the Accounts tab then click add another email address




Enter email address of the account you want to send as then click Next Step





Select From address when composing an email in Gmail

Click the drop down menu under the From field, and select the address you'd like to send as.
